Tasting notes:
The color is greenish-yellow. Sour and fresh, it combines fresh shades of green apple and citrus with notes of white flowers, elderberry, peach. It has an intense mineral taste. In the aftertaste, you can feel citrus fruits, white peaches, and tropical fruits.

The grapes were harvested at the end of August and soaked for eight hours. The vinification was done in stainless steel, and the maturation on fine yeasts for eight months, also in stainless steel.

It's a fresh and friendly wine, which grows beautifully towards notes of small red and strawberry fruits. The taste is mineral and sustained by high acidity. The raspberries aftertaste is amplified by tones of aromatic herbs and mint.

Olfactory, you can find blackberries, cranberries, raspberries, cloves, and light notes of vanilla. The taste, round and fresh, starts with black fruit and pepper that we can also find in the aftertaste.
