Production process:
Our Chardonnay plantation has an area of 0.6 ha, from which we harvested 1,500 kg of grapes. We have standardized the production three times during the year to have quality grapes. The grapes were soaked for 24 hours and followed by fermentation in an oak barrel of 1000 liters. The maturation was done in the same barrel for one year.
Tasting notes:
The color is golden yellow. Ripe fruits, such as apricots and peaches, dominate, complemented by notes of honey and vanilla. The taste is mineral, intense, and in the long aftertaste, we find notes of apricot compote.

Matured cheeses, baked fish, pasta, poultry.
